FEN®lite Core

FEN®LITE cores insulation and fire protection components are manufactured for use as components in fire doors in a residential, commercial or other structure by an applicable building code. Fire doors are required by standards established by third party organizations to provide certain levels of fire resistance (usually measured in time periods such as sixty-minute, ninety-minute, etc.) when tested in a laboratory setting under certain controlled conditions and pursuant to certain procedures.

Different grades are available to meet specific application requirements. FEN®LITE cores are structurally strong and are easy to handle, cut and machine.

Insulite® Aluminium Frame

INSULITE® Aluminium frames are PREGROUTED with lightweight
material to improve the productivity on site. Frame
are manufactured in this way can be nailed, sawn
and drilled.
Adjustable PREGROUTED frames are manufacture
with gasket gap, bolt through fixing and add on
rebate. With it flexibility to adjust, it can fit different
wall size on site.
 

CERA® K

CERA® K stile and rails are designed to be thermally separated using
Aluminium with ceramic infill. It is self taping surrounding the door core
complete with extruded edge lippings.
It acts as an application is mainly in fire proof doors to act both as a
sound and heat insulator.

Rapid® Pivot Hinge

Rapid® Pivot Hinges (proprietary) shall be obtained from Polynorm with the approval from relevant authority and tested with fire rated doorset to SS332:2007. It shall also be cyclic tested to 500,000 cycles.

Rapid® Pivot Hinges shall be made of stainless steel 304 with ball bearings for smooth operation. When used with single swing timber, steel, aluminium doorset (fire rated and non rated) with rebated door frames, the hinges are invisible when doors are in closed position. Maximum opening is up to 120° ONLY.

The hinges shall be adjustable and fitted to secure to reinforcements in ‘TimberCraft’ doors and ‘INSULITE’ fire doors.

Rapid Offset Pivot Hinge

Rapid® Offset Pivot Hinges shall be
made of stainless steel 304. When used
with single swing timber, steel,
aluminium doorset (fire rated and non
rated) with rebated door frames, the
hinges are hidden when doors are in
closed position.

CERA® Ply

CERA®ply is a glassfibre-reinforced cement board. It is a non-combustible board which can be used in places where there is a fire protection or thermal insulation requirements.

Its application is mainly in fire proof doors to act both as a sound and heat insulator.

RIM® Lock Set

RIM® lock set “Square Flap” is a flush lock where flap is pull handle and lock case is surface mounted on the back of the door. It a special back mounted service duct lock with stainless steel spring latch including escape knob to open if trapped.
